29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(2):Ladder(s) were not maintained free of oil, grease, or other slipping hazards: a) Location: 16 Simpson Pl-Metuchen, NJ 08840- On or about February 3, 2025, at a construction worksite, debris was not properly cleared from the rungs of an extension portable ladder being used by employees to access a scaffold for the installation of electrical conduit boxes. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
