29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: On or about January 27, 2025, an employee was exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet, and the employee's attachment point of the body harness was in the front of the employee at the belt level, on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois.
