Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001A Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: a) On or about January 22, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards, inhalation hazards, and skin/eye irritation hazards. The employer failed to develop and implement a written hazard communication program for chemicals in use such as Prime Guard -50 RV & Marine Antifreeze and exposure to other hazardous substances (e.g. carbon monoxide) when performing drain tech operations such as hydrojetting.
