29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee is protected from falling through any hole (including skylights) that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level by one or more of the following methods listed in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i)(A)-(D): On or about December 19, 2024, on the north side of the building: an employee was on the roof of a building without being protected from falling through the skylights while sealing leaks with caulk.
