29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(iii): Operators training and evaluation was not conducted by persons who have the knowledge, training, and experience to train powered industrial truck operators and evaluate their competence. a. On or about 12/18/2024, at 350 Sandra Jackson, Road, Auburndale, Florida, 33823, employees were exposed to struck by hazards in that employees who were operating forklifts did not receive training and a performance evaluation by an experienced person.
