29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that no employee approaches or takes any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless the measures outlined in 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A) - (C) were met: a) On or about December 11, 2024, at the jobsite located at 1303 Creekford Circle, Sugar Land Texas, employee(s) were within the minimum approaches distances of an unprotected energized pad mount cabinet without PPE, such as but not limited to, rubber insulating gloves and sleeves, in preparation to remove pad mount cabinet.
