29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain safety and health training programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. 18 Lincoln Street, New Britain, CT 06052: On or about, December 12, 2024, the Employer had not adequately initiated and maintained an employee safety and health training program to address, recognize, evaluate, and control work related hazards at the worksite to include hazardous areas, hazardous materials, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and fall protection. Employee(s) were performing roof remove-repair-replace activities on top of a 3-story, residential apartment building 30-feet above ground, without the proper safety and health related training exposing them to slip-trip-fall and struck-by hazards.
