OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from fire hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fire hazard. On or about November 26, 2024, and times prior thereto, at conex chemical storage units 1, 2, and 3, incompatible chemicals including oxidizers, flammables, and combustibles such as, but not limited to, thermite, aluminum powder, and barium nitrate were stored together creating a fire hazard.
