29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a) Building 3: On and prior to December 4, 2024, employees were exposed to an unexpected release of energy while performing servicing and maintenance activities in that the specific procedure for the Stealth Floor Truss Machine did not include information on how to isolate the pneumatic energy.
