Foam Room, Storflex Holdings, Inc., 392 West Pulteney St., Corning, NY 14830, on or about 12/3/2024; Employees were exposed to chemicals classified as sensitizers including, but not limited to, AUTOFROTH 100-B-1704 RESIN and AUTOFROTH 15000A ISOCYANATE, and the employer did not require them to wear gloves. Abatement certification is required.
