29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2): The employer did not develop an emergency response plan for emergencies which addressed the following minimum requirements of this standard: 1910.120(q)(2)(i) through 1910.120(q)(2)(xii): a) On or about November 20, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not develop an emergency response plan for emergencies which addressed the minimum requirements of this standard, in that the plan did not effectively address safe distances for evacuation during HF spills (1910.120(q)(2)(iv)), emergency alerting and response procedures (1910.120(q)(2)(ix)), and PPE and emergency equipment when responding to HF spills (1910.120(q)(2)(xi)).
