29 CFR 1910.26(d): 29 CFR 1910.26(d): The employer did not ensure that measures, such as wheel chocks or sand shoes, are used to prevent the transport vehicle (e.g. a truck, semitrailer, trailer, or rail car) on which a dockboard is placed, from moving while employees are on the dockboard. On or about 6 November 2024, and at times prior there to, the employer did not ensure wheels of trailers were chocked to prevent accidental movement prior to loading and unloading.
