29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer shall assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). a) Located at 2734 Home Road, Grove City, OH 43123: On or about November 13, 2024, the employer had not conducted a hazard assessment to identify and require personal protective equipment for employees assigned to perform insulation repairs on a section of HVAC duct involving welding and a chemical adhesive.
