29 CFR 1910.124(j)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure airflow was adequate at least quarterly during operation: Commercial Cleaning: On, or about, October 30, 2024, the employer did not conduct quarterly airflow inspections to ensure that ventilation provided over the cleaning tanks was functioning as intended. Nitric acid, a corrosive liquid, was used in the cleaning process.
