29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about October 2, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that procedures were developed, documented, and utilized for Robotic Press #32 (Taylor Winfield Technologies, Brilex Technical Solutions). Employees are performing tasks, such as but not limited to, clearing and resetting system faults on Press #32 without applying lock out tag out.
