29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 105 Shannon Dr., Whitinsville, MA: On or about October 2, 2024, five employees were observed working on a residential structure engaged in roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges, greater than 11 feet above the next lower level, and were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems. Mainato Pro Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1617914, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/5/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 47 School St., Hamilton, MA.
