29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about October 1, 2024, an employee was exposed to overhead hazards without head protection, while working under employees on the roof, on a residential construction site in Mattoon, Illinois. CENTRAL ROOFING LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 1926.100(A), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER: 1551989, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 13, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4110 RAYBURN CT., CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS 61822.
