29 CFR 1910.178(a)(4): Modifications or additions which affect capacity and safe operation of powered industrial truck were performed by the employer without the manufacturer's prior written approval: a) Red Barn Building: On or about August 31, 2024, employees were using a Yale Sit Down Class 1 Powered Industrial Truck, Model F807N03441D, with an attached forklift man basket, without obtaining the manufacturer's prior written approval.
