1910.132(f)(3) When the employer had reason to believe that an affected employee who had already been trained did not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (f)(2) of this section, the employer did not retrain that employee: a) 6465 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 - On or about August 22, 2024, the employer failed to retrain employees who did not have the understanding of when to use eye protection to protect them from certain cleaning chemicals. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
