29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Location: Worksite On or about July 25, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of an estimated 12 feet while working unprotected on the front porch roof to set up pump jack scaffolding, as well as working too close to live overhead power lines, where the employer did not ensure that a competent person was making frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite.
