29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about July 12, 2024, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to chemical hazards including but not limited to, Champion Liquid Chlorinator (Sodium hypochlorite, CAS # 7681-52-9, 10-20%) and Liquid Acid (Sulfuric Acid, CAS # 7664-93-9, 36-37%) where appropriate Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) were not maintained and the employee was not provided with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at 2340 Hanson Road in Jefferson, Wisconsin.
