29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures in any workplace where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer: a. Carport: On or about July 3, 2024 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that employees were required to wear a respirator while painting garbage bins but the employer failed to establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures.
