29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6): All equipment covered by this subpart did not comply with the following requirements when working or being moved in the vicinity of power lines or energized transmitters, except where electrical distribution and transmission lines have been deenergized and visibly grounded at point of work or where insulating barriers, not a part of or an attachment to the equipment or machinery, have been erected to prevent physical contact with the lines: (a) Juniata River Trail, Lewistown, PA; behind Juniata Concrete at 2 Silversand Ave, Lewistown, PA 17044 - On or about July 2, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) were not exposed to electrical hazards when coming in contact with overhead energized electrical transmission lines carrying 46,000 volts while working on or near the dump truck. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
