29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. a.) 26 East Chestnut Street, Lancaster, PA - Chestnut Street side - the hotel access and egress route lead directly to an open ventilation shaft/pit with a fall height of approximately 15 feet to a lower level, on or about June 9, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
