29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: (a) On or about June 1, 2024 and times prior, at or near 16105 32nd Street NW in East Fairview, North Dakota, employees loading at the facility were allowed to utilize a 12 foot high platform which was missing a safety gate.
