29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. On or about May 28, 2024, with respect to a worksite located at 2408/2410 Canter Lane, Green Bay, WI 54304, the employer did not ensure that an employee exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and material of the roofing work being conducted above was protected by a helmet.
