29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a. On or about May 6, 2024, and at times prior, located at 1755 Hillard Rome Road, Hilliard, Ohio, 43026: The employer failed to ensure written procedures for control of potentially hazardous energy were utilized when employees were engaging in servicing, maintenance and transportation preparation on earth moving equipment including but not limited to the removal of a counterweight on a 349F excavator.
