29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Surface conditions. The employer must ensure: All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) On or about April 29, 2024, the employer did not ensure the resin area was kept in a clean and sanitary condition, in that the floor area had resin spills that were covered with mats, plastic, cardboard, and trash, and the area was not being cleaned on a regular basis.
