29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at the job site at 3326 Wittinghill Court, Delaware, Ohio 43015: On or about April 1, 2024, the employer did not initiate and maintain safety and health programs related to the framing work that included work rules, hazard detection, and site safety enforcement. Employees were performing framing work using a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection on the roof of a residential home at heights up to 25 feet without fall protection measures utilized, thereby exposing employees to fall and struck-by hazards. Yadaicela Construction LLC was previously cited under the name Yadaicela General Construction LLC for a Repeat Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1510289, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 756 North Princeton Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43222. Yadaicela Construction LLC was previously cited under the name Yadaicela General Construction, LLC. for a Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1474506, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 7803 Eastcross Drive, New Albany, Ohio 43054.
