29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): All traffic regulations shall be observed, including authorized plant speed limits. A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times. On or about April 15, 2024, at establishment located at 1025 W 20th Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin: Employer failed to ensure employees operating powered industrial trucks observed all warehouse traffic signs/signals during operations, and failed to enforce a no ?bulldozing? policy to prevent employee exposure to struck by hazards.
