29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A): 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A): A specific statement of the intended use of the procedure; a) On or about March 11, 2024, the employer did not ensure to identify the intended use of the cleaning procedure for the Ultium Cells L&S 8-3 Stacking upper and lower conveyor belts with a specific statement [per 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A)] for employees engaged in cleaning activities, such as but not limited to, cleaning the upper and lower conveyor belts.
