29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. On or about February 21, 2024, with respect to a worksite located Zion St & Sequoia Drive, Appleton, WI 54914, the employer did not ensure employees working in areas where there was the potential for fall material and equipment were equipped with protective helmets.
