29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a. On or about January 30, 2024, located at the Ohio Mulch Supply, Inc. Performance Way location, the employer did not develop, document, and ensure employees utilized energy control procedures for the bagging conveyor line, including the bag flattener conveyor, the centering conveyor, the pickup conveyor, and the EC 201 Fuji Robotics robot, when performing servicing and maintenance covered activities. As a result, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards, when performing installation activities.
