29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about January 25, 2024, inside of the machine shop area, the employer did not develop a respiratory protection program for employees that were required to wear 3M 6200 half-face respirators with NIOSH 6001 organic vapor cartridges while performing welding tasks.
