29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Carbon Monoxide (CO) listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm: On or about December 20, 2023 at Westwood Mills Corp. on 55 Sharp St, Hingham, MA 02043, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average carbon monoxide (CO) level of 254.7 ppm, approximately five times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ppm, while operating a CAT propane-powered forklift (Model: GC30; SN: 6EM02491).
