1910.145(c)(2)(i) Caution signs shall be used only to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices. 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 01/18/2024, in the production area; where energy control procedures for the non-routine task of removing the die-cut drum from the LANGSTON TITAN Rotary Die Cutter machine (machine number 4561/784) did not include the potential energy of the raised weight (the 4000 pound die-cut drum) in the types and magnitude of energy available on the machine.
