29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): The employer did not conduct periodic inspection which included a review, between the employer and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being evaluated: a) Plant 2, Station RF (Radio Frequency Microwave) - The employer did not conduct periodic inspection reviews with each authorized employee of their responsibilities while performing servicing and/or maintenance activities on Station RF, on or about November 30, 2023. b) Plant 2, Station 32 - The employer did not conduct periodic inspection reviews with each authorized employee of their responsibilities while performing servicing and/or maintenance activities on Station 32, on or about November 30, 2023. c) Plant 1, HVS Station 10 - The employer did not conduct periodic inspection reviews with each authorized employee of their responsibilities while performing servicing and/or maintenance activities on HVS Station 10, on or about November 30, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
