29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 1464-1474 Lucky Cross Run, building 7, Reynoldsburg, Ohio: On or about November 20, 2023, the employer did not maintain an effective safety and health program to ensure that fall hazards and struck-by hazards were identified and corrected onsite while employees were using pneumatic nail guns to install a roof on a residential from height of approximately 9 ft.
