29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2):Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: (a) 156 West Harrisburg Ave, Elizabethtown, PA; Packaging/Production room - On or about October 4, 2023, the exit path between the 480VAC MCC panel cement pad and the 4 inch tall/102 inch long metal angle installed on the floor was 26 inches in width which exposed employees to an evacuation hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
