29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports as follows: a.) At the jobsite, located at 18660 US Highway 441 Mount Dora, FL 32757; on or about 11/7/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a commercial building approximately 8 ft and 14 ft from an unsupported scaffold platform that was not fully planked on the 2nd and 3rd levels.
