29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) On October 25, 2023, and times prior to, in the southwest corner of the warehouse where the employer did not ensure the walking surfaces were kept in a clean and orderly. The flexible cord used to supply electrical power to a portable fan was placed in the middle of the walkway.
