29 CFR 1910.269(b)(1)(ii): For fixed work locations the number of trained persons available was not sufficient to ensure that each employee exposed to electric shock could be reached within four (4) minutes by a trained person: a. At Florida Power and Light's Sunshine Solar power Farm, located at 8690 Hogan Road in Live Oak Florida: On or about October 23, 2023, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards, in that at least one additional person who was trained in First Aid was not available at the worksite to render first-aid with four (4) minutes.
