29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: At the workplace located at 3628 North Jabara Road, Wichita, Kansas 67226, employees engaged in upholstery/fabricating activities in the upholstery area within hangar C5 are exposed to respiratory hazards when using employer required respirators. The employer requires upholsters to wear 3M Cool Flow N95 filtering facepiece respirators when handling/applying 3M 1300L adhesive. The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear respirators.
