29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1):The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: a) Clearview Ag Inc. (dba: Clearview Seed), 2648 Benchland Road, Denton, MT: On or about September 23, 2023 and at times prior the employer did not report a work related fatality within 8 hours of the fatality occurring. The fatality occurred on evening of September 23, 2023 and OSHA was not notified until September 25, 2023 at 1:25 PM.
