29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: (a) On or about September 11, 2023, the pinch rollers on the Rip Saw 1 line were being operated with inadequate point of operation guarding exposing employees who were unjamming it to an amputation hazard.
