OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards from unprotected edges: a) Jobsite located at 360 Line Rd Kennett Square, PA: On or about September 19, 2023, employees performed tasks associated with removing spent composting material from the second level of the Mushroom House. 2 employees performed these tasks while standing over an open hole in the floor of the second level measuring approximately 5 feet by 3 feet. Employees were not provided with a means of fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards from unprotected edges.
