29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2):Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: (a) On September 7th, 2023 and times prior to, the controlling employer did not ensure that its sub-contractor employees were protected from electrical shock, as extension cords used to provide power from a junction box to multiple parts of the property were connected in a series and spanned an approximate total distance of 700 feet.
