29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) On or about July 13, 2023, employees servicing ATM machines were not wearing body armor (bullet proof vest) which exposed employees to gunshot wounds. The employer provided body armor but does not require all employees to have body armor or to wear the provided body armor.
