29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): (a) On or about July 27, 2023, employees manufacturing trailers at the plant were exposed to hazards associated with not wearing PPE in that the employer did not assess the multiple processes involved in the workplace to find what PPE is needed.
