29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about July 25, 2023, technicians maintaining "Asic miners" in the mine are exposed to fire hazards due to arc flashes within the electrical systems of the PDU's (power distribution units) and PSU's (power supply units); the employer did not ensure the portable fire extinguishers were mounted and identified to be readily accessible within the mine.
